The Onomichi City Museum of Art (尾道市立美術館) is a museum located in the city of Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The museum was founded in 1980 and is dedicated to showcasing the work of artists from the region, as well as works by contemporary Japanese artists.
The museum’s permanent collection includes a wide variety of artwork, including paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and calligraphy. Many of the works on display are by artists who were born in the Hiroshima Prefecture or have strong ties to the region, and the museum’s exhibitions often focus on themes related to the local area.
