
Yoshinoyama (吉野山) is a mountain located in Yoshino Town, Nara Prefecture, Japan, renowned for its breathtaking cherry blossoms and as a popular destination for hiking and sightseeing. Getting there
By Train
From Osaka:
- Take the Blue Symphony limited express train from Osaka-Abenobashi Station to Yoshino Station
- Journey time: About 1 hour 15 minutes
- Cost: 1,900 yen (includes regular fare and limited express surcharge)
From Kyoto:
- Take the Kintetsu Railway express or limited express to Kashiharajingu-mae Station
- Transfer to a Kintetsu limited express train to Yoshino Station
- Total journey time: About 2 hours
From Nara:
- Take an express train on Kintetsu Railway from Nara Station
- Transfer at Yamato-Saidaiji Station and Kashiharajingu-mae Station
- Get off at Yoshino Station
- Journey time: About 1 hour 35 minutes
From Yoshino Station
Take the Yoshino Ropeway:
- 3-minute ride to Yoshinoyama Station
- Runs every 15-30 minutes (more frequent during peak seasons)

Walk:
