
Enoshima (江ノ島) is a small island located off the coast of Kamakura in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful scenery, shrines and temples, and various attractions.
One of the main attractions on Enoshima is the Enoshima Sea Candle, a lighthouse that offers a panoramic view of Sagami Bay and the surrounding area. Visitors can climb to the top of the lighthouse and enjoy the view, or relax in the observation deck on the lower level.
Enoshima is also home to several shrines and temples, including the Enoshima Shrine, which is dedicated to the goddess Benzaiten, and the nearby Samuel Cocking Garden, a Western-style garden with a wide variety of plants and flowers.
In addition to its cultural attractions, Enoshima is also known for its beaches, which attract surfers and sunbathers during the summer months.
