
Enoshima Aquarium (新江ノ島水族館) is a popular aquarium located in close proximity to Enoshima, Kanagawa Prefecture. The aquarium is known for its extensive collection of marine life and interactive exhibits.
The aquarium is divided into several themed zones, including a “Jellyfish Fantasy” exhibit, a “Deep Sea” zone featuring deep sea creatures, and a “Sealife Paradise” exhibit showcasing tropical fish and coral reefs. Visitors can also enjoy dolphin and sea lion shows, as well as touch pools where they can interact with various sea creatures.
One of the highlights of the Enoshima Aquarium is the “Sagami Bay Zone,” which showcases marine life from the local Sagami Bay. The exhibit includes a massive tank containing over 2,000 fish and other marine creatures, including sharks and rays.
