Yokohama (横浜市) is a city located in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, and is the second-largest city in Japan by population after Tokyo. It is located about 30 kilometers south of Tokyo and is a major commercial and industrial center, as well as a popular tourist destination.
Yokohama is known for its scenic waterfront area, which features several attractions, including the Yokohama Landmark Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Japan, and the Cosmo Clock 21, one of the world’s largest Ferris wheels. Other popular attractions in Yokohama include the Yokohama Chinatown, the largest Chinatown in Japan, and the Sankeien Garden, a large traditional Japanese garden.
Yokohama is also home to several museums, including the Yokohama Museum of Art, which features a collection of modern and contemporary art, and the Cupnoodles Museum, which showcases the history and culture of instant noodles.
