
Mitsumine Shrine (三峯神社) is a Shinto shrine located in the mountains of Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is situated at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level and is known for its stunning natural beauty, as well as its historical and religious significance.
The shrine is dedicated to Izanami and Izanagi, the first gods believed to have created Japan. It is said that the shrine was first established over 2,000 years ago, and has been an important site of worship and pilgrimage ever since.
