Cape Nagasakibana

Cape Nagasakibana (長崎鼻) is a scenic cape located on the southern tip of the Satsuma Peninsula in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. It is known for its rugged cliffs, clear blue waters, and stunning views of Kaimondake, a nearby volcano often called “Satsuma Fuji.”

The cape is a popular spot for hiking and nature watching. Visitors can walk along the path leading to the lighthouse, offering views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.

In addition to its natural beauty, Cape Nagasakibana is also home to several historic sites, including a lighthouse that was built in 1897 and is still in operation today. Visitors can climb to the top of the lighthouse for panoramic views of the surrounding area.
