Okinawa World

Okinawa World (おきなわワールド) is a theme park and cultural center located in Nanjo City, Okinawa, Japan. The park is designed to showcase the traditional culture and way of life of the Okinawan people, and it features a variety of attractions, exhibits, and performances.

One of the main attractions at Okinawa World is the Gyokusendo Cave, one of the largest limestone caves in Japan. Visitors can take a guided tour through the cave and see its impressive stalactites and stalagmites.

The park also includes a recreated traditional Okinawan village, complete with authentic buildings, crafts, and cultural performances. Visitors can watch demonstrations of traditional Okinawan arts such as weaving, pottery, and glass blowing, and even try their hand at some of these crafts. Other attractions include the Habu Park, where visitors can learn about the venomous Habu snake native to Okinawa, and a tropical fruit orchard.

Okinawa World also offers a variety of food and drink options, including traditional Okinawan cuisine and locally-produced beverages such as awamori, a distilled spirit unique to Okinawa.
